Ingredients

- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk eggs, milk, oil, and vanilla.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients, then stir in chocolate chips.
- Pour the batter into a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes.
- Allow to cool before serving.
Notes
- Serve with whipped cream or fresh strawberries.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
