Ingredients

- 2 ribeye steaks
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon rosemary, chopped
- 1 teaspoon thyme, chopped
- 1 cup asparagus, trimmed
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup red wine
Instructions
- Preheat the grill or skillet over medium-high heat.
- Season the steaks with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Add garlic, rosemary, and thyme on top of the steaks.
- Cook steaks for 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare.
- In the last few minutes, add asparagus and cherry tomatoes to the grill.
- Remove steaks and vegetables from heat and let rest.
- In the same skillet, add red wine and reduce for 2-3 minutes.
- Serve steaks topped with vegetables and wine reduction.
