Ingredients

  • 2 ribeye steaks
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon rosemary, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon thyme, chopped
  • 1 cup asparagus, trimmed
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup red wine

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill or skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Season the steaks with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  3. Add garlic, rosemary, and thyme on top of the steaks.
  4. Cook steaks for 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare.
  5. In the last few minutes, add asparagus and cherry tomatoes to the grill.
  6. Remove steaks and vegetables from heat and let rest.
  7. In the same skillet, add red wine and reduce for 2-3 minutes.
  8. Serve steaks topped with vegetables and wine reduction.
