- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced

- Cooked rice or pasta, for serving
Instructions
- Heat 2 tablespoons of butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper on both sides.
- Add the chicken breasts to the skillet and cook for 5-6 minutes on each side, or until cooked through and golden brown. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add the remaining 2 tablespoons of butter and minced garlic. Sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
