  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley (optional)
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • Cooked rice or pasta, for serving

Instructions

  1. Heat 2 tablespoons of butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper on both sides.
