- 2 cups cooked macaroni and cheese
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 egg, beaten
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked macaroni and cheese, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Mix well until everything is combined.
- Using your hands, form small balls (about 1 inch in diameter) from the mixture.
- Dip each ball into the beaten egg, then roll in additional breadcrumbs to coat.
- Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
- Fry the mac and cheese balls in batches until golden brown and crispy, about 3-4 minutes per side.
- Remove from oil and drain on paper towels.
- Serve hot and enjoy your crispy mac and cheese balls!

- For extra flavor, add chopped herbs or spices to the mixture.
