- 4 cups sliced yellow squash
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup crushed buttery crackers
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine sliced yellow squash, chopped onion, sour cream, and half of the cheddar cheese. Mix well.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Top the mixture with the remaining cheddar cheese and then sprinkle the crushed buttery crackers evenly over the top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and the casserole is heated through.
