Ingredients

- 4 medium red potatoes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Wash and dry the red potatoes.
- Cut each potato into quarters.
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Add potatoes to the bowl and toss to coat.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Place potatoes in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 25-30 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Check for doneness; potatoes should be crispy on the outside and tender inside.
- Remove and let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- Adjust cooking time based on potato size.
- Feel free to add herbs for extra flavor.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge.
