Ingredients
- Salmon skin – 2 pieces
- Olive oil – 1 tablespoon
- Salt – to taste
- Pepper – to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Pat the salmon skin dry with a paper towel.
- Brush both sides with olive oil.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Place the salmon skin in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 8-10 minutes until crispy.
- Remove and let it cool slightly before serving.

- Use fresh salmon skin for best results.
