- 2 cups 2 cups broccoli florets
- 2 cups 2 cups cauliflower florets
- 1 cup 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
- 1 cup 1 cup carrots, sliced
- 2 tablespoons 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon 1 teaspoon onion powder
- to taste Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the broccoli, cauliflower, bell peppers, and carrots.
- Drizzle the olive oil over the vegetables and sprinkle with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat evenly.
- Place the seasoned vegetables in the air fryer basket in a single layer. You may need to do this in batches depending on the size of your air fryer.
- Air fry the vegetables for 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through cooking for even crisping.
- Once the vegetables are crispy and tender, remove them from the air fryer and serve immediately.
Notes
- Feel free to mix and match your favorite vegetables.
- For extra crunch, you can add a sprinkle of parmesan cheese before serving.
