  • Author: ushinzomr

Description

These air fryer meatballs are juicy, flavorful, and perfectly cooked in a fraction of the time. Perfect as an appetizer or main dish!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound ground beef or turkey
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup marinara sauce (for serving, optional)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the ground meat, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and egg.
  2. Mix until just combined, being careful not to overmix.
  3. Form the mixture into meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
  4. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  5. Place the meatballs in a single layer in the air fryer basket, making sure they don’t touch.
  6. Cook for 10-12 minutes, or until the meatballs are cooked through and browned on the outside.
  7. Serve warm with marinara sauce if desired.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, try adding Italian seasoning or crushed red pepper flakes.
  • You can also use ground chicken or pork instead of beef or turkey.
  • Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
