- 1 pound ground beef or turkey
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup marinara sauce (for serving, optional)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the ground meat, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and egg.
- Mix until just combined, being careful not to overmix.
- Form the mixture into meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Place the meatballs in a single layer in the air fryer basket, making sure they don’t touch.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, or until the meatballs are cooked through and browned on the outside.
- Serve warm with marinara sauce if desired.
Notes
- For extra flavor, try adding Italian seasoning or crushed red pepper flakes.
- You can also use ground chicken or pork instead of beef or turkey.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
