Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Cut the potatoes into evenly sized cubes or wedges to ensure even cooking.
- In a large bowl, toss the potato pieces with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until well coated.
- Place the seasoned potatoes in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Avoid overcrowding for the best crispiness.
- Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through to ensure even cooking, until the potatoes are golden brown and tender.
- Remove from the air fryer and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, soak the cut potatoes in water for 30 minutes before seasoning, then pat them dry.
