  • Author: ushinzomr

Description

These air fryer roasted potatoes are perfectly crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. A quick and easy side dish that pairs well with any meal!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 pounds baby potatoes, halved
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the halved baby potatoes, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss until the potatoes are evenly coated.
  3. Place the potatoes in the air fryer basket in a single layer. You may need to work in batches depending on the size of your air fryer.
  4. Cook the potatoes for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through the cooking time for even crispiness.
  5. Once the potatoes are golden brown and crispy, remove them from the air fryer and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, you can add herbs like rosemary or thyme.
  • Adjust the cooking time based on the size of your potato halves.
  • You can also sprinkle some grated Parmesan cheese on top during the last few minutes of cooking for added flavor.
