- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika

Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the halved baby potatoes, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss until the potatoes are evenly coated.
- Place the potatoes in the air fryer basket in a single layer. You may need to work in batches depending on the size of your air fryer.
- Cook the potatoes for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through the cooking time for even crispiness.
- Once the potatoes are golden brown and crispy, remove them from the air fryer and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, you can add herbs like rosemary or thyme.
- Adjust the cooking time based on the size of your potato halves.
