Ingredients

- 2 salmon fillets
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 green onion, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Pat the salmon fillets dry and brush with olive oil.
- Season the salmon with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Place the salmon in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes until crispy and cooked through.
- While the salmon cooks, mix the cooked rice with soy sauce and green onion.
- Serve the crispy salmon over the seasoned rice.
Notes
- Adjust cooking time based on the thickness of the salmon.
- For extra crunch, cook for an additional 2 minutes.
