Baked sweet potatoes topped with marshmallows.
Ingredients

- 4 medium sweet potatoes
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Wash and poke holes in each sweet potato.
- Bake sweet potatoes for 45-60 minutes until tender.
- Remove sweet potatoes from the oven and let them cool slightly.
- Slice the sweet potatoes open and fluff the insides with a fork.
- Add butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon to each potato.
- Top with mini marshmallows.
- Return to the oven and broil for 2-3 minutes until marshmallows are golden brown.
Notes
- Check sweetness of potatoes before adding sugar.
- Adjust marshmallow quantity to your liking.
- Serve warm for best taste.
