Ingredients

  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Wash and poke holes in each sweet potato.
  3. Bake sweet potatoes for 45-60 minutes until tender.
  4. Remove sweet potatoes from the oven and let them cool slightly.
  5. Slice the sweet potatoes open and fluff the insides with a fork.
  6. Add butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon to each potato.
  7. Top with mini marshmallows.
  8. Return to the oven and broil for 2-3 minutes until marshmallows are golden brown.
