- 1 cup beef broth
- 1/2 cup barbecue sauce
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 300°F (150°C).
- Mix salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder in a bowl.
- Rub the spice mixture all over the brisket.
- Place the brisket in a roasting pan and add beef broth.
- Cover the pan with aluminum foil.
- Bake for 3 to 4 hours until tender.
- Remove the foil, brush with barbecue sauce, and bake for an additional 30 minutes.
- Let it rest for 15 minutes before slicing.
