Instructions
- Place sliced onion in the slow cooker.
- Season brisket with salt, pepper, and smoked paprika.
- Brown brisket in a skillet on medium heat for 4-5 minutes on each side.
- Transfer brisket to the slow cooker.
- Mix garlic, beef broth, soy sauce, brown sugar, and Worcestershire sauce in a bowl.
- Pour the mixture over the brisket in the slow cooker.
- Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours or until tender.
- Slice brisket against the grain and serve with sauce.
