- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 carrots, sliced
- 3 potatoes, cubed
- 4 cups beef broth

- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat a large pot over medium heat.
- Add beef and brown on all sides.
- Add onion and cook until soft.
- Stir in carrots, potatoes, beef broth, tomato paste, garlic powder, and paprika.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 1.5 hours.
