Ingredients

  • 2 cups mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 cup vanilla pudding (prepared)
  • 1 cup angel food cake or pound cake, cubed
  • 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Mint leaves for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, whip the heavy cream with powdered sugar and vanilla extract until soft peaks form.
  2. In a large trifle dish or individual serving cups, layer half of the cubed cake at the bottom.
  3. Add half of the vanilla pudding on top of the cake layer.
  4. Layer half of the mixed berries over the pudding.
  5. Top with half of the whipped cream, spreading it evenly.
  6. Repeat the layers with the remaining cake, pudding, berries, and whipped cream.
  7. Garnish with additional berries and mint leaves, if desired.
  8. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving to allow flavors to meld.
