A delicious and visually stunning berry trifle layered with fresh berries, whipped cream, and cake.

Instructions
- In a medium bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
- Add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, then continue to whip until stiff peaks form.
- In a large trifle dish or glass bowl, layer half of the cubed angel food cake at the bottom.
- Add half of the mixed berries on top of the cake layer.
- Spread half of the whipped cream over the berries.
- Repeat the layers with the remaining cake, berries, and whipped cream.
- Garnish with mint leaves if desired.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving to allow flavors to meld.
Notes
- Feel free to use any combination of berries you prefer.
- This trifle can be made a few hours in advance for easy serving.
