This delightful berry trifle features layers of fluffy angel food cake, fresh berries, and creamy whipped topping, making it a perfect dessert for any occasion.

- 1 store-bought angel food cake, cut into cubes
- 2 cups mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
- 2 cups heavy whipping cream
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Mint leaves for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
- Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract to the whipped cream, and continue to whip until stiff peaks form.
- In a trifle dish or large glass bowl, layer half of the angel food cake cubes on the bottom.
- Add half of the mixed berries on top of the cake layer.
- Spread half of the whipped cream over the berries.
- Repeat the layers with the remaining cake, berries, and whipped cream.
- Garnish with mint leaves if desired.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
Notes
- You can use any combination of berries according to your preference.
- For added flavor, consider adding a splash of lemon juice to the whipped cream.
