  • 2 tablespoons fresh thyme, chopped
  • 1 cup beef broth

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 450°F (232°C).
  2. In a small bowl, combine olive oil, salt, pepper, minced garlic, rosemary, and thyme to create a herb paste.
  3. Rub the herb paste all over the boneless rib roast, ensuring it is evenly coated.
