- 2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup chopped green onions
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans or walnuts
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, green onions, garlic powder, onion powder, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until well combined and smooth.
- Form the mixture into a ball shape and wrap in plastic wrap.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until firm.
- Once firm, roll the cheese ball in chopped nuts to coat it evenly.
- Serve with crackers, veggies, or bread.
