- 2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese
- 1/2 cup chopped green onions
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Crackers or fresh vegetables for serving
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, crumbled blue cheese, green onions, pecans, garlic powder, onion powder, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.
- Mix all the ingredients until well combined and creamy.
- Shape the mixture into a ball and wrap it in plastic wrap. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until firm.
- Once the cheeseball is firm, remove it from the refrigerator and unwrap.
- If desired, roll the cheeseball in additional chopped pecans for a decorative touch.
- Serve the cheeseball with crackers or fresh vegetables for dipping.
