Ingredients

- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1/4 cup chopped bell pepper
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, combine salmon, breadcrumbs, onion, bell pepper, mayonnaise, egg, garlic powder, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Form the mixture into patties.
- Place patties in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown, flipping halfway through.
Notes
- Serve with tartar sauce or a salad.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
- For extra crispiness, spray patties with cooking oil before air frying.
