- 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 large eggs, beaten
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooking spray or oil for the air fryer
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix the breadcrumbs, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Set up a breading station: one bowl with flour, another with beaten eggs, and a third with the breadcrumb mixture.
- Dredge each shrimp in flour, dip in the egg, and then coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
- Place the breaded shrimp in the air fryer basket in a single layer, making sure they are not overcrowded.
- Spray the shrimp lightly with cooking spray or oil.
- Air fry for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
- Serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauce.
