Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a shallow dish, combine the flour, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- In another shallow dish, place the beaten eggs.
- In a third shallow dish, add the panko breadcrumbs.
- Dredge each tilapia fillet in the flour mixture, shaking off any excess.
- Dip the floured fillet into the beaten eggs, then coat with the panko breadcrumbs, pressing gently to adhere.
- Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray or lightly brush with olive oil.
- Place the coated tilapia fillets in a single layer in the air fryer basket, making sure they do not overlap.
- Spray the tops of the fillets lightly with cooking spray.
- Air fry for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the fillets are golden brown and cooked through.
- Serve immediately with your choice of dipping sauce or garnish.
