- 1 cup breadcrumbs (panko preferred)
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt

- Cooking spray or olive oil spray
- Lemon wedges for serving
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a shallow bowl, combine the breadcrumbs, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- In another bowl, place the flour. In a third bowl, beat the eggs.
- Dredge each tilapia fillet in the flour, tapping off any excess, then dip it into the beaten eggs, and finally coat it with the breadcrumb mixture, pressing gently to adhere.
- Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray. Place the coated tilapia fillets in the basket in a single layer, making sure they are not overcrowded. Spray the tops with a little more cooking spray.
- Air fry the tilapia at 400°F (200°C) for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
- Serve immediately with lemon wedges.
