- 2 pounds of chicken breast
- 1 cup of chicken broth
- 1 can of diced tomatoes
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced

- 1 tablespoon of Italian seasoning
Instructions
- Place chicken breast in the crockpot.
- Add chicken broth and diced tomatoes on top.
- Sprinkle chopped onion, minced garlic, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning over the chicken.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- Shred chicken before serving.
