- 3 ripe bananas, mashed
- 1 cup self-rising flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the mashed bananas and sugar until well blended.
- Add the self-rising flour to the mixture and stir until just combined. Be careful not to over-mix.
- Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Let the banana bread cool for a few minutes in the pan before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
