Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 pound baby potatoes, halved
  • 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 380°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Add the chicken breasts to the bowl and toss to coat evenly.
  4. Place the chicken in the air fryer basket and cook for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway through, until cooked through and golden brown.
  5. While the chicken is cooking, in another bowl, toss the halved baby potatoes with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  6. After the chicken has cooked for about 5 minutes, add the seasoned potatoes to the air fryer and cook for an additional 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
  7. In the last 5 minutes of cooking, add the broccoli florets to the air fryer basket.
  8. Once everything is cooked, drizzle lemon juice over the chicken and vegetables before serving.
