- 4 chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 pound baby potatoes, halved
- 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 380°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Add the chicken breasts to the bowl and toss to coat evenly.
- Place the chicken in the air fryer basket and cook for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway through, until cooked through and golden brown.
- While the chicken is cooking, in another bowl, toss the halved baby potatoes with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- After the chicken has cooked for about 5 minutes, add the seasoned potatoes to the air fryer and cook for an additional 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- In the last 5 minutes of cooking, add the broccoli florets to the air fryer basket.
- Once everything is cooked, drizzle lemon juice over the chicken and vegetables before serving.
