  • 1, diced Red Bell Pepper
  • 1, chopped Onion
  • 4 cloves, minced Garlic
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Italian Seasoning
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black Pepper
  • 1 cup Chicken Broth

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix together the olive oil, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper.
  2. Add the chicken thighs to the bowl and coat them well with the mixture.
