- 1 small onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon taco seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 8 small taco shells or tortillas
- Toppings: shredded cheese, lettuce, diced tomatoes, sour cream, avocado
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add diced onion and cook until softened, about 3 minutes.
- Stir in garlic and cook for an additional minute.
- Add ground chicken and cook until browned and cooked through, about 6-8 minutes.
- Stir in taco seasoning, salt, and pepper; mix well to combine.
- Warm taco shells or tortillas in the oven or microwave according to package instructions.
- Assemble tacos by filling each shell with the ground chicken mixture and your favorite toppings.
