  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup crushed crackers (like Ritz)
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large skillet, sauté the yellow squash and onion over medium heat until the squash is tender, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked squash and onion with cheddar cheese, sour cream, melted butter, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Mix well.
