Delicious focaccia bread made with 00 flour.
Ingredients
Scale
- 500g 00 flour
- 350ml warm water
- 10g salt
- 7g dry yeast
- 50ml olive oil
- 1 tsp sugar
- Fresh rosemary
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix warm water, yeast, and sugar. Let it sit for 10 minutes.
- In a large bowl, combine 00 flour and salt.
- Add the yeast mixture and olive oil to the flour. Mix until a dough forms.
- Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 10 minutes.
- Place the dough in a greased bowl and cover. Let it rise for 1 hour.
- Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
- Transfer the dough to a baking sheet and stretch it to fit.
- Make dimples in the dough and drizzle with olive oil. Sprinkle with rosemary.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool before slicing and serving.
