- 4 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 packet (2 1/4 teaspoons) active dry yeast
- 1 1/2 cups warm water
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- Fresh rosemary (optional)
- Coarse sea salt (for topping)
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine warm water, yeast, and sugar. Let it sit for 5 minutes until frothy.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine flour and salt.
- Add the yeast mixture and olive oil to the flour. Mix until a dough forms.
- Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5 minutes.
- Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise for 1 hour.
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Transfer the dough to a greased baking sheet. Stretch it out to fit the pan.
- Dimple the surface of the dough with your fingers. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with coarse salt and rosemary.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let it cool slightly before slicing and serving.

- For added flavor, you can add toppings like cherry tomatoes or olives.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
