Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine flour, salt, sugar, and yeast.
- Add warm water and olive oil, mix until a sticky dough forms.
- Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and let it rise overnight in the refrigerator.
- The next day, preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Transfer the dough to a greased baking pan, spreading it out evenly.
- Use your fingers to create dimples in the surface of the dough.
- Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with herbs and coarse salt.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before slicing and serving.
