- 1 cup cornmeal
- 1/2 cup buttermilk

- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F.
- In a bowl, combine sliced okra and buttermilk.
- In another bowl, mix cornmeal, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Dip each piece of okra in the cornmeal mixture, coating evenly.
- Place the coated okra in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, shaking halfway through.
- Remove when golden brown and crispy.

- For extra crunch, consider adding breadcrumbs.
