Ingredients

  • 1 cup dark chocolate chips (preferably 70% cocoa or higher)
  • Fresh berries for topping (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×9 inch baking pan.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the almond flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together the melted coconut oil, honey (or maple syrup), eggs, and vanilla extract until well combined.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined. Fold in the dark chocolate chips.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread evenly.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  7. Let cool in the pan for a few minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
  8. Once cooled, cut into squares and top with fresh berries before serving.
