Instructions
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the semi-sweet chocolate and coconut oil. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until melted and smooth.
- Hold each strawberry by the stem and dip it into the melted chocolate, allowing the excess to drip off. Place it on the prepared baking sheet.
- If using, melt the white chocolate in the same way and drizzle over the chocolate covered strawberries for decoration.
- Add sprinkles or crushed nuts while the chocolate is still wet if desired.
- Refrigerate the strawberries for at least 30 minutes to allow the chocolate to set.
