- 4 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Pat the chicken thighs dry with a paper towel and season with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Add olive oil to the skillet and place the chicken thighs skin-side down in the pan.
- Cook for 7-8 minutes until the skin is crispy and golden brown.
- Flip the chicken thighs over and reduce the heat to medium. Cover the skillet and cook for an additional 10-12 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
- Remove from heat and let rest for a few minutes.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve immediately.
