  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Pat the chicken thighs dry with a paper towel and season with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Add olive oil to the skillet and place the chicken thighs skin-side down in the pan.
  4. Cook for 7-8 minutes until the skin is crispy and golden brown.
  5. Flip the chicken thighs over and reduce the heat to medium. Cover the skillet and cook for an additional 10-12 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  6. Remove from heat and let rest for a few minutes.
  7. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve immediately.
