- 4 salmon fillets

- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Season salmon fillets with salt and pepper, then add them to the skillet. Cook for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden and cooked through. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning, mixing until the cheese is melted and the sauce is smooth.
- Return the salmon fillets to the skillet and spoon the creamy sauce over them. Let simmer for an additional 2-3 minutes.
