- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup white chocolate or chocolate chips
- optional sprinkles or crushed Oreos for coating
Instructions
- In a large bowl, crush the Oreo cookies into fine crumbs.
- Add the softened cream cheese to the crushed Oreos and mix until well combined.
- Using your hands, roll the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
- Place the rolled balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and freeze for about 30 minutes to firm up.
- Melt the white chocolate or chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth.
- Dip each frozen Oreo ball into the melted chocolate, allowing excess to drip off.
- Place the chocolate-coated balls back on the parchment-lined baking sheet and sprinkle with additional crushed Oreos or sprinkles if desired.
- Refrigerate the Oreo cream cheese balls until the chocolate is set, about 30 minutes.
