- 1 pound of chicken breast, diced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup of broccoli florets
- 1 cup of bell peppers, sliced
- 1 cup of cherry tomatoes
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix diced chicken with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Add the seasoned chicken to the air fryer basket and cook for 8 minutes.
- While the chicken is cooking, prepare the vegetables.
- After 8 minutes, add broccoli, bell peppers, and cherry tomatoes to the air fryer basket with the chicken.
- Sprinkle Italian seasoning over the vegetables.
- Cook for an additional 7-10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the chicken is cooked through and the vegetables are tender.
- Serve hot and enjoy your quick dinner!
