Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the chicken pieces with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat evenly.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Add the seasoned chicken to the air fryer basket and cook for 10 minutes, shaking halfway through.
- After 10 minutes, add the broccoli, red bell pepper, and cherry tomatoes to the air fryer basket with the chicken.
- Cook for an additional 5-7 minutes, or until the chicken is fully cooked and vegetables are tender.
