Ingredients

- 3 pounds of beef roast
- 1 onion, sliced
- 4 cloves of garlic, minced
- 2 cups of beef broth
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 8 sandwich rolls
- Provolone cheese slices (optional)
Instructions
- Place the sliced onion and minced garlic at the bottom of the slow cooker.
- Season the beef roast with salt and pepper, then place it in the slow cooker.
- Pour the beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, and soy sauce over the roast.
- Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or until the beef is tender.
- Remove the beef from the slow cooker and shred it with two forks.
- Return the shredded beef to the slow cooker and mix with the juices.
- Serve the beef on sandwich rolls, topped with provolone cheese if desired.
Notes
- You can add vegetables like carrots and potatoes for a complete meal.
- Adjust seasoning to your preference.
- This can be prepared a day in advance and reheated.
