- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 package frozen tater tots
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat.
- Drain excess fat from the beef.
- Add cream of mushroom soup, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to the beef.
- Mix well and remove from heat.
- Spread the beef mixture in an 8×8 baking dish.
- Top with frozen tater tots.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese over the tater tots.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until the tater tots are golden brown.
Notes
- Feel free to add vegetables like peas or corn.
