Description

A hearty tater tot casserole made with ground beef and cream of chicken soup.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 bag (32 oz) tater tots
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, brown the ground beef and onion over medium heat until fully cooked.
  3. Drain excess fat.
  4. Add cream of chicken soup and milk to the beef, stirring to combine.
  5. Spread the beef mixture in the bottom of a baking dish.
  6. Layer tater tots evenly on top of the beef mixture.
  7. Sprinkle cheddar cheese over the tater tots.
  8. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until tater tots are golden brown.

Notes

  • You can add vegetables like peas or corn for extra nutrition.
  • Use any cheese you prefer for topping.
