Description
A hearty tater tot casserole made with ground beef and cream of chicken soup.
Ingredients

- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 bag (32 oz) tater tots
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 small onion, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, brown the ground beef and onion over medium heat until fully cooked.
- Drain excess fat.
- Add cream of chicken soup and milk to the beef, stirring to combine.
- Spread the beef mixture in the bottom of a baking dish.
- Layer tater tots evenly on top of the beef mixture.
- Sprinkle cheddar cheese over the tater tots.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until tater tots are golden brown.
Notes
- You can add vegetables like peas or corn for extra nutrition.
- Use any cheese you prefer for topping.
- Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
