Ingredients

  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup (gluten-free)
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 bag frozen tater tots (gluten-free)
  • 1/2 cup diced onions
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, brown the ground beef with diced onions. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. In a bowl, mix the cream of mushroom soup and sour cream.
  4. Add the beef mixture to the soup mixture and stir until combined.
  5. Spread the mixture in a greased casserole dish.
  6. Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
  7. Arrange the tater tots on top of the cheese.
  8. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the tater tots are golden brown.
