- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup (gluten-free)
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 bag frozen tater tots (gluten-free)
- 1/2 cup diced onions
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, brown the ground beef with diced onions. Season with salt and pepper.
- In a bowl, mix the cream of mushroom soup and sour cream.
- Add the beef mixture to the soup mixture and stir until combined.
- Spread the mixture in a greased casserole dish.
- Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
- Arrange the tater tots on top of the cheese.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the tater tots are golden brown.
Notes
- Feel free to add vegetables like peas or corn for extra nutrition.
- For a spicier version, add some diced jalapeños.
- Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
