A hearty tater tot casserole with ground beef.

- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 bag frozen tater tots (about 32 ounces)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat.
- Drain any excess fat.
- Add the cream of mushroom soup and mixed vegetables to the beef. Stir to combine.
- Spread the beef mixture evenly in a baking dish.
- Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
- Arrange tater tots on top of the cheese.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until tater tots are golden brown.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add onion and garlic to the beef.
- You can substitute ground turkey for a lighter option.
- Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
