Ingredients

- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 bag frozen tater tots
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned.
- Drain excess fat and add cream of mushroom soup, milk, mixed vegetables, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine.
- Spread the beef mixture in a baking dish.
- Top with tater tots in a single layer.
- Bake for 30 minutes or until tater tots are golden brown.
- Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top and bake for an additional 5 minutes until cheese is melted.

- Feel free to customize with your favorite vegetables.
- For extra flavor, add Worcestershire sauce to the beef mixture.
